WHAT YOU'LL NEED

cooked Minute Rice® Premium Long Grain White Rice | ||
4 cups (1 L) | ||
1 can (10 oz./284 mL) | condensed tomato soup | |
2 tbsp (30 mL) | soy sauce | |
2 tbsp (30 mL) | red wine vinegar | |
1 tbsp (15 mL) | honey | |
1 tsp (5 mL) | dry mustard | |
½ tsp (2.5 mL) | hot pepper sauce | |
2 tbsp (30 mL) | oil | |
3 lb (1.5 kg) | skinless chicken pieces |
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Mix soup, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, mustard and hot pepper sauce in a small bowl. Set aside
Step 2: Brown chicken in oil in a large frypan over medium-high heat
Step 3: Stir in soup mixture, cover, simmer over low heat for 35 minutes, stirring occasionally or until chicken is no longer pink. Serve over cooked rice
