Chicken and Rice with Broccoli Skillet
Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
Add chicken and cover. Cook for 4 minutes on each side until cooked through (75°C).
Remove chicken from pan and cover to keep warm.
Add water, soup, 1/4 teaspoon paprika and 1/4 teaspoon pepper to the pan. Stir to combine and bring to a boil.
Add broccoli and rice and stir gently. Top with chicken.
Sprinkle chicken with remaining paprika and pepper and cover. Reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes, or until rice is tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed.
