20 Minute Chicken Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 2 cups Minute Rice® Quick Cooked Long Grain White
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 2 cups water
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 pkgs (6 oz each) grilled chicken breast strips
Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add broccoli, onion and bell peppers and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Stir in water and soy sauce and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Add rice and chicken breast strips. Stir to combine and cover.
Step 4
Reduce heat to low. Cook for 5 minutes, or until rice is tender and chicken is heated through.
