INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Heat Minute Rice® Ready to Serve Whole Grain Brown Rice Cup as per directions and place rice in a bowl. |
Step 2: Layer chopped tomato, cucumber and green onion over rice. |
Step 3: Sprinkle chopped chicken over vegetables. |
Step 4: Sprinkle feta cheese over chicken. |
Step 5: Drizzle with dressing and season with salt and pepper. |
