Step 3: Toss rice with orange vinaigrette. Stir in watercress, chopped orange segments andpomegranate seeds. Top with feta cheese.
- Substitute dried cranberries for pomegranate seeds if desired.
- You can substitute baby spinach or arugula for watercress.
- Serve salad with grilled salmon if desired.
