WHAT YOU'LL NEED

prepared Minute Rice® Premium Long Grain White Rice | ||
2 2/3 cups (650 mL) | ||
1 tbsp (15 mL) | oil | |
1 lb (500 g) | boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips | |
3 | carrots, cut into thin strips | |
1 can (10 oz/284 mL) | cream of chicken soup | |
¼ cup (50 mL) | orange juice | |
¾ tsp (3.5 mL) | grated orange peel | |
1½ tbsp (22.5 mL) | soy sauce | |
1 | green onion, chopped (optional) |
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Brown chicken and carrots in oil in frypan over medium-high heat until chicken is no longer pink
Step 2: Stir in remaining ingredients until smooth. Bring to boil, simmer over low heat for 3 minutes
Step 3: Serve over cooked rice. Top with green onion if desired
