WHAT YOU'LL NEED

prepared Minute Rice® Premium Long Grain White Rice | ||
2 2/3 cups (650 mL) | ||
2 tbsp (30 mL) | butter | |
3 | leeks, thinly sliced | |
½ tsp (2.5 mL) | dried rosemary leaves | |
½ tsp (2.5 mL) | dried thyme leaves | |
2 cups (500 mL) | sliced mushrooms | |
½ lb (250 g) | (about 2 cups) roast beef, thinly sliced | |
1 can (10 oz/284 mL) | tomato soup | |
¼ cup (50 mL) | dry white wine |
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Cook leeks, rosemary and thyme in butter in a frypan over medium heat for 5 minutes or until softened. Add mushrooms and cook 2 minutes more
Step 2: Stir in beef, soup and wine. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until heated through. Serve over cooked rice
