INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Prepare rice according to package directions, cooking only 8 minutes. |
Step 2: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. |
Step 3: Add garlic and saute for 30 seconds. |
Step 4: Stir in onions, bell peppers, jalapeno and cumin; cook for 5 minutes. |
Step 5: Add tomato sauce and bouillon cube and stir until cube dissolves. |
Step 6: Add cooked rice and stir until heated through. |
Step 7: Serve topped with cilantro and garnish with lime wedges, if desired. |
