WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Minute Rice® Premium Long Grain White Rice | ||
1½ cups (375 mL) | ||
½ cup (125 mL) | balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing | |
3 tbsp (45 mL) | maple syrup | |
1 (1 lb/500 g) | pork tenderloin | |
1 | sliced onion | |
2 | sliced celery stalks | |
2 | sliced red or green apples |
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Combine balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing and maple syrup to make stir-fry sauce. Cut pork tenderloin into thin strips; set aside. Add 2 tbsp (30 mL) sauce to large frying pan. Stir-fry pork on medium-high heat for 5 to 6 minutes or until cooked through
Step 2: Add sliced onion, sliced celery stalks, sliced apples and remaining sauce. Stir-fry 5 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Remove from heat
Step 3: Prepare rice according to package directions. Serve stir-fry over rice
