WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Minute Rice® instant white rice | ||
1½ cups (375 mL) | ||
4 | skinless, boneless chicken breasts | |
1 tbsp (15 mL) | oil | |
1 | onion, chopped | |
1 can (14 fl oz/398mL) | canned fruit, with juice | |
2 tsp (10 mL) | curry powder | |
1/3 cup (75 mL) | mango chutney |
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Cook chicken breasts in oil in a large frypan. Add chopped onion and cook until chicken is no longer pink inside
Step 2: Stir in canned fruit, curry powder, mango chutney and Minute Rice®
Step 3: Bring to boil; cover and let stand 5 minutes
