WHAT YOU'LL NEED
|Minute Rice® instant white rice|
|1½ cups (375 mL)|
skinless, boneless chicken breasts
|1 tbsp (15 mL)|
|1 can (14 fl oz/398mL)|
canned fruit, with juice
|2 tsp (10 mL)|
|1/3 cup (75 mL)|
Step 1: Cook chicken breasts in oil in a large frypan. Add chopped onion and cook until chicken is no longer pink inside
Step 2: Stir in canned fruit, curry powder, mango chutney and Minute Rice®
Step 3: Bring to boil; cover and let stand 5 minutes
