WHAT YOU'LL NEED
INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Mix together lamb, garlic, cumin, paprika and salt; shape mixture into 16 meatballs. Thread onto metal skewers or soaked bamboo skewers. Place on parchment paper– or foil–lined baking sheet; bake for 12 to 15minutes or until cooked through and no longer pink inside. |
Step 2: Meanwhile, prepare rice according to package directions; toss withtomatoes and half of the mint. |
Step 3: Serve rice with kabobs. Garnish with remaining mint. |
Tips:
- Serve with lemon wedges if desired.
- Substitute ground beef for lamb if desired.
