INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: In large skillet set over medium heat, sauté shrimp and garlic for 3 to 4 minutes or until cooked through. Add heated rice. |
Step 2: Stir in diced tomatoes and chopped fresh parsley. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through. |
