1 | medium onion, finely chopped | |
½ cup (125 mL) | shredded carrot | |
1 | egg | |
1 can (10 floz/284 mL) | tomato soup |
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Combine all ingredients; shape into 24 meatballs
Step 2: Place in single layer in 13x9-inch baking dish; cover with foil
Step 3: Bake 1 hour or until meatballs are cooked through
Serving Suggestion:
Serve with a mixed green salad tossed.
