WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Minute Rice® Instant White Rice | ||
2 cups (500 mL) | ||
1 lb (500 g) | boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed | |
3 cups (750 mL) | frozen broccoli florets | |
1 can (10 oz / 284 mL) | condensed cream of mushroom soup | |
1 1/3 cups (325 mL) | water | |
1 cup (250 mL) | shredded Cheddar cheese |
INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Spray a large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray; set over medium-high heat. Add chicken; stir-fry for 5 minutes or until browned all over
Step 2: Add broccoli, condensed soup and water. Bring to a boil and stir in rice
Step 3: Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and reduce heat to low; simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat, cover and let it stand for 5 minutes
Create a family pleasing meal in less than half and hour!
Substitution:
Use condensed cream of celery or chicken soup instead of cream of mushroom soup.
