WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Minute Rice® Jasmine Rice | ||
1 | pork fillet (big enough for the entire family) diced in small cubes | |
1/2 cup | sweet sauce of your choice (honey & garlic, teriyaki, etc.) | |
1/2 cup | chicken broth | |
1 tbsp | olive oil | |
Veggies of your choice or salad |
INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Cut the pork fillet in tiny cubes. Preheat a pan and add the olive oil. Add the meat. |
Step 2: Cook the rice by following the instructions on the packaging. Once the meat is brown, add the chicken broth and let it all simmer. |
Step 3: Prepare your veggies or your salad. When half of the chicken broth has evaporated, add the sweet sauce. Continue to cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until the meat is fully cooked. |
Step 4: Turn off the heat and cover for 2-3 minutes. Serve and enjoy! |
Variations:
- Add some veggies to the rice (broccoli, bell peppers, onions, etc)
- Add sautéed veggies to the pork.
- You can also use chicken instead of pork.
