WHAT YOU'LL NEED
|Minute Rice® Jasmine Rice|
pork fillet (big enough for the entire family) diced in small cubes
sweet sauce of your choice (honey & garlic, teriyaki, etc.)
Veggies of your choice or salad
Step 1: Cut the pork fillet in tiny cubes. Preheat a pan and add the olive oil. Add the meat.
Step 2: Cook the rice by following the instructions on the packaging. Once the meat is brown, add the chicken broth and let it all simmer.
Step 3: Prepare your veggies or your salad. When half of the chicken broth has evaporated, add the sweet sauce. Continue to cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until the meat is fully cooked.
Step 4: Turn off the heat and cover for 2-3 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
- Add some veggies to the rice (broccoli, bell peppers, onions, etc)
- Add sautéed veggies to the pork.
- You can also use chicken instead of pork.
