WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Minute Rice® instant white rice | ||
1 cup (250 mL) | ||
8 | boneless skinless chicken thighs | |
¼ cup (50 mL) | Italian Dressing | |
1½ cups (375 mL) | chicken broth | |
2 cups (500 mL) | green beans, trimmed, halved | |
¼ cup (50 mL) | sliced almonds |
INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Toss chicken with dressing in reseable plastic bag. Add chicken with dressing to nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; cook 4 minutes on each side or until browned
Step 2: Stir broth; bring to boil. Cover. Simmer 10 minutes. Add beans; cook 5 minutes longer or until chicken is cooked through
Step 3: Remove chicken from skillet. Add Minute Rice® and almonds. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Serve chicken over rice mixture
