WHAT YOU'LL NEED
|Minute Rice® instant white rice|
|1 cup (250 mL)|
boneless skinless chicken thighs
|¼ cup (50 mL)|
|1½ cups (375 mL)|
|2 cups (500 mL)|
green beans, trimmed, halved
|¼ cup (50 mL)|
Step 1: Toss chicken with dressing in reseable plastic bag. Add chicken with dressing to nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; cook 4 minutes on each side or until browned
Step 2: Stir broth; bring to boil. Cover. Simmer 10 minutes. Add beans; cook 5 minutes longer or until chicken is cooked through
Step 3: Remove chicken from skillet. Add Minute Rice® and almonds. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Serve chicken over rice mixture
