Ingredients:


  • -  1 cup ( 250 mL ) Minute Rice® Premium Long Grain White Rice, uncooked
  • -  1½ lb ( 750 g ) lean ground beef
  • -  1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • -  ½ cup ( 125 mL ) shredded carrot
  • -  1 egg
  • -  1 can ( 10 floz/284 mL ) tomato soup


Serving Suggestion:
Serve with a mixed green salad tossed.

Make it Easy:
To prevent the meatballs from sticking to your hands, moisten your hands with cold water before shaping the meat mixture into balls.

  • Step 1 :
    Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Combine all ingredients; shape into 24 meatballs.
  • Step 2 :
    Place in single layer in 13x9-inch baking dish; cover with foil.
  • Step 3 :
    Bake 1 hour or until meatballs are cooked through.
